Your access to and use of the "Just List" application (the "App") is subject to your acceptance of and compliance with these terms and conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
You are responsible for your use of the App and any results obtained from it. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.
The App features a function that suggests items to add to your list ("Item Suggestions Module"). These suggestions are generated by an algorithm and are provided "as is" without warranty. You acknowledge and agree that the suggestions provided by the Item Suggestions Module are for informational purposes only, and you are solely responsible for any decision or action you take based on these suggestions.
The App is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property rights.
In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the App after such changes have been posted will constitute your acceptance of the changes.
The App offers subscription services (“Subscription”) to remove ads and/or access premium features. Subscriptions are available in various lengths, including but not limited to monthly and yearly plans.
Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your Subscription by going to your account settings in the respective app store where you purchased the Subscription.
Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds or credits will be provided for any unused periods.
Some of the graphic assets used in the App are generated by an AI model.
