Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for purchases made in Just List, operated by Cluberr. It applies alongside our Terms of Use. Just List sells only digital products: Justy Plus (a subscription) and JustList Coins (in-app virtual currency). There are no physical goods.
2. How you are billed
On the web, payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record; Paddle's buyer terms also apply. On mobile, purchases are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account and are governed by that store's refund policy.
3. Subscriptions (Justy Plus)
- Auto-renewal: Justy Plus is offered monthly or annual and renews automatically until you cancel.
- Cancel anytime: you can cancel whenever you like. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep Plus until then. On the web, cancel from your account page or by contacting us; on mobile, cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
- Free trial: where an annual plan includes a free trial, you are not charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
- Refunds: payments are generally final and we do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods already started. However, where a statutory right of withdrawal or refund applies in your jurisdiction (see §5), or the app store's policy applies to a store purchase, that right is honored.
4. JustList Coins and virtual items
Coins and other virtual items (cosmetics, frames, boosts, passes) are digital content delivered immediately and are consumed within the app. They are non-refundable and have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. If coins were not delivered after a successful charge, contact us and we will make it right.
5. Your statutory rights (EU / UK and others)
If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction with a mandatory cooling-off or withdrawal right, that right applies. Note that for digital content supplied immediately, this right can be lost once supply has begun with your consent — for example, when you start using coins or Plus right after purchase. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.
6. How to request a refund or cancellation
For web (Paddle) purchases, email friends@justlistapp.com with your account email and the transaction details, or use our contact page. We aim to respond within a few business days. For mobile purchases, request refunds through Apple or Google, as those stores handle billing for app purchases.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
