Terms of Use

1. Who we are, and what these Terms cover

Just List is a list-making and list-sharing service — mobile apps and the website at justlistapp.com — operated by Cluberr ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Just List, including lists and reminders, the social Feed, event lists ("parties"), gamification features, and paid subscriptions. By creating an account or using Just List you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use Just List. If you are under the age at which your country requires parental consent for online services, you may only use Just List with that consent. You are responsible for your account: keep your sign-in method secure, and let us know promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. Account information you provide must be accurate.

3. The service

Just List lets you create and manage personal lists, share and collaborate on lists with others, publish lists to a public community feed (the Feed), react to and clone other people's public lists, host event lists where guests claim items, and earn cosmetic rewards (XP, levels, coins, badges) as you use the app. We continuously improve the service, and features may change, be added, or be removed over time.

4. Your content

You own the content you create — your lists, items, photos, covers, takes, and suggestions. By posting or publishing content on Just List you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the service, including showing your public lists in the Feed and enabling the clone/remix features as designed (clones and remixes carry attribution to the original). This license exists solely to operate and improve Just List and ends when your content is deleted from the service, except where content has been cloned/remixed by others as the feature is designed to allow, or where retention is required by law.

Content moderation

We may remove or restrict any content at any time, for any reason or none, with or without notice — including but not limited to content that is offensive, infringing, misleading, or spammy. We are not obligated to monitor content, but we may.

5. Acceptable use

When using Just List you agree NOT to:

• harass, abuse, threaten, or defame others, or post hateful or illegal content;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract content or data from the service;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the apps or the service;
• exploit bugs, automate interactions, or abuse promotions, virtual currency, free-tier limits, or gamification systems (including artificially inflating +1s, clones, reactions, streaks, or coin earnings);
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone;
• upload malware or interfere with the operation or security of the service.

6. Virtual items

Coins, XP, levels, badges, cosmetics (themes, frames, cover packs, sounds), streak shields, boosts, and passes are virtual items licensed to you, not sold. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are non-transferable and non-refundable. We may modify, rebalance, or discontinue virtual items and the systems that grant them at any time. Virtual items are forfeited when your account is deleted or terminated.

7. Subscriptions and billing

Justy Plus is our paid subscription, offered monthly or annual. On the web it is billed via Paddle, our merchant of record — Paddle's own terms also apply to those purchases. On mobile it is billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account and managed (including cancellation) in your store account settings.

• Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep Plus until then.
• No refunds: all payments are final and non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Where a statutory right of withdrawal or refund exists in your jurisdiction, or where the app store's own refund policy applies to a store purchase, that right is honored.
• Price changes: we may change subscription prices with advance notice; you can cancel before the change takes effect.
• Free tier: free-tier limits (such as active-list caps) may change over time. Ads may be shown to free users in the mobile apps.

8. Third-party services

Just List relies on third-party services to operate — including sign-in (Google, Apple via Firebase), payments (Paddle, Apple, Google), hosting and storage, realtime sync, advertising (Google AdMob, in the free mobile app), and analytics. Their handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

9. Our intellectual property

The Just List apps, website, branding, logos, the Justy mascot, and all software and design are owned by Cluberr or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, or where required by law — with or without notice. You may stop using Just List at any time and may delete your account in-app (Settings → Delete My Account), which removes your account and sign-in identity as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 4, 6, 11–13) survive.

11. Disclaimers

The service and all content on it — including user-generated lists, items, takes, and suggestions — are provided "AS IS" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not verify and are not responsible for the accuracy, safety, legality, or usefulness of any list, item, or suggestion you find on Just List. Use your own judgment before acting on anything you read here.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cluberr will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of Just List. Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service is capped at the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; where that is the case, these limits apply to the fullest extent permitted.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Cluberr harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or of anyone else's rights.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the service. To the extent permissible under applicable law, you agree that disputes will be brought individually and not as part of a class action.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will give notice (for example in-app or by email) before the change takes effect. Continued use of Just List after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
