Who brings what
Already have a sign-up sheet? Hand it to Justy
A spreadsheet, a Google Sheet, a WhatsApp list or a photo of the sheet taped to the fridge: Justy turns it into a Just List event and keeps the names of everyone who already signed up.
Version 1.5.136
What's new
Already have a sign-up list? No need to retype it. Justy reads it and turns it into a Just List event.
What you can bring:
- A file: .xlsx, .xls, .ods, .csv or .tsv, up to 5 MB. Formulas are never run.
- A public Google Sheets link. Sheet is private? You get a quick 2-step how-to.
- Cells you copied from a spreadsheet.
- Up to 3 photos or screenshots of a sheet or a printed sign-up sheet.
- A list from WhatsApp, like “1. Chips – Dana.”
What happens next:
- Names already on the sheet are kept as placeholder claims. Each person taps “That's me” to confirm.
- You review everything before you publish.
- You get a ready-to-send message saying who's in and what's still needed.
Also in this update: event lists have no item limit on any plan. Regular lists keep their usual limits.
Why it matters
People already signed up once. Nobody wants to ask the whole class to do it again.
How to start
- On the web, go to justlistapp.com/en/import and pick paste, file, link or photo. It works without signing in. In the app, share a file, photo or WhatsApp text to Just List.
- Justy reads the list. Check the items, amounts and names.
- Publish and send the ready message to your group.
