Can Just List collect the money?
No. It tracks who does what, not payments. Collect with your usual payment app and put "collect payments" on the list as an item so one parent owns it.
Do guests need the app or an account?
No. Guests open your link in a browser, tap what they will bring, and that is it. No download and no sign-up.
Is the event private?
Only people with the link can see it. It is never indexed by search engines or shown in a public feed.
